How to Use

• Start with clean, dry lashes.

• Beginning at the base of the upper lashes, place the wand at the lash line and wiggle slightly, then sweep upward toward the tips. For extra lift/volume, you may pause the wand at lash tips for approx 5 seconds to _lock the curl._
